Additional Info/Policy
Please read this page as it will cover most of what you will need to know before booking your services. Those who will be required to sign an agreement with their service will need to read this page, as information pertaining to this policy will be included in the form.
Cancellation/No Show:
If you wish to cancel your booking, then please do so more than 1 week in advance (1 month in advance for weddings.) Failure to do so will result in no longer being able to receive services from me. The same will also apply to those who simply do not show up for their session the day of.
Delivery of Photos:
Photos are initially delivered through email, but can be delivered by USB flash drive for an additional $20.00 instead.
Event Information, Deposit, & Form:
A deposit of $30.00 is required at booking, in order to reserve your date. The rest of the amount for your event is due the day before services are rendered. Refunds can be given as long as you cancel your booking more than 1 week in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. You will also be required to fill out an Event Agreement/Deposit Form. Please make sure you have completed this form along with your deposit payment.
Payment Methods and Deposits:
Acceptable payment methods are cash, Cash App, or PayPal. Payments are due in full by the day before services are rendered ( 1 month before for weddings.) Prepaying is acceptable if you wish to do so. If the services you are requesting require a deposit, you will need to pay this the day of booking and you will also be required to fill out/submit an agreement form with this payment. Deposits are non-refundable.
Photographer/Client Behavior & Relations
When hiring me as your photographer, I expect to be treated in a professional and respectful manner. If I feel that I am not being treated as such, this will result in an immediate cancellation of booking and no longer being able to receive services from me. Disrespect or rudeness of any kind will not be tolerated. I conduct business with all of my clients in a polite, respectful, and professional way. I expect my clients to give me the same behavior in return.
Real Estate Information, Deposit, & Form:
Moving objects or cleaning during appointment time is not acceptable. If the property isn’t ready or if we have to reschedule less than 24 hours prior to my arrival, an additional fee of $40.00 will be charged. A deposit of $30.00 is required at booking, in order to reserve your time slot. The rest of the amount for your real estate photography is due the day before services are rendered. Refunds can be given as long as you cancel your booking more than 1 week in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. You will also be required to fill out a Real Estate Agreement/Deposit Form. Please make sure you have completed this form along with your deposit payment.
Session/Event Location:
Sessions can be done at any preferred location of choice. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that you have permission before using any unauthorized location. You are only allowed to switch your location once, more than 1 week in advance. There will be an additional $20.00 fee for any other location changes after that.
Session Time:
There will be an additional $20.00 fee for every additional 30 minutes added on to a session.
The Earliest Time to Book Sessions/Events:
At the very least, I will need a minimum of 2 weeks notice (1 month notice for weddings) when booking your services with me.
Travel & Fees:
I am willing to travel up to 2 hours away. However, there will be an additional $30.00 travel fee, or a $60.00 travel fee if more than 1 hour away to the preferred location of any session, event, or wedding/reception.
Wardrobe/Outfit Changes:
Wardrobe/Outfit changes are allowed for any session, as long as you are able to fit this into your session time.
Wedding/Reception Information, Deposit, & Form:
I ask that you please book me for you wedding/reception at least 1 month in advance. I offer several different wedding packages, which you can check out on my Weddings page. A deposit of $100.00 is required at booking, in order to reserve your date. The amount for your selected wedding package is due the month before services are rendered. Refunds can be given as long as you cancel your booking more than 1 month in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. You will also be required to fill out a Wedding & Reception Agreement/Deposit Form. Please make sure you have completed this form along with your deposit payment.
